NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

At least four stocks will go ex-dividend today. It includes TCS, which had announced a final dividend of Rs 22 per share recently. SBI, which announced a final dividend of Rs 7.10 per share, will also go ex-dividend today. Two others —

and Qgo Finance — which announced dividend (interim) per share of Re 0.25 and Re 0.10, respectively, will go ex-dividend today.

The day will see ITI considering a preferential issue, along with its quarterly results. GMM Pfaudler and Xpro India will consider dividend and bonus while announcing their results today.

TCPL Packaging,

, and Eco-Friendly Food Processing are some of the companies having their AGMs today.

Coal India, BPCL,

, , , , NHPC, , Bata India and are some companies scheduled to report their March quarter results today.

Nalco, SJVN,

, Asahi India, , , MOIL, MSTC and Shalby are some other companies scheduled to report quarterly earnings.

Meanwhile, may consider a stock split today.
